I love mondays! i have so much to do and i have the whole day to do it all. Juniper isn't open and I only have one class at 11:30. Monday schedule consists of working out with my bestie Nicole, coming home to shower, going to family finance with Jason, coming home to make the grocery list, shop, clean the house, do some homework, and meet Nicole again for our craft night at 5:) It's so relaxing and a perfect start for a new week. Monday is a day to make new goals, budget the money and plan out my whole week. LOVE IT!
I have also started some workout goals as of last week. I feel like have have developed some bad eating habits over the years of eating way more then i really need. I would always get so full after every meal. It was gross. So as of Wednesday the 25th, I have starting tracking what I eat. It makes me feel good at the end of the day to know that I ate good and that I feel good because of it. Now I'm not saying I completely DEPRIVE myself of yummy treats. But I just eat 1 candy here, or 2 cookies there. I don't think it does anyone any good to quit sweets all together and then one day just crash and eat an entire tub of cookie dough. Not smart! So here are my stats as of last Wednesday.
Height- 5'8"

BMI-22.65 (18.5-24.9 is considered "the normal" bracket)
Pantsize- 6-8
Smallest waist- 31"
Largest waist (at the belly button)- 34"
Hips-37"
Arms- 12"
Thighs- 22 1/3"
Mid Bottom- 40 1/2"
Not quite comfortable for pictures yet. Maybe towards the end, whenever that is :)

Hillary, you are awesome. You are making me feel the need to get my butt off the couch again. I've been rebelling and seeing what has pens when I don't work out for 2 months and eat anything and everything (which includes my giant handfuls of chocolate chips every night). I've known I need to get back, but seeing someone else want to do it and posting about it makes me feel more motivated. Keep it up, girl!
